The Lamond-Riggs Citizens Association (LRCA) was established in 1948 in the District of Columbia and incorporated in 1957.  The Association represents two neighborhoods, Lamond and Riggs Park, collectively known as Lamond-Riggs. The organization exists to share information affecting our neighborhood, promote a sense of community, preserve and enhance the assets of the neighborhood, and provide leadership and advocacy about neighborhood interests.
LRCA's program year runs from October 1 through September 30 of the following year.  General Body meetings are held the first Monday of every month except for the months of July, August, and September.
